Description

The S7 business centre, built by Mitnija, offers cutting-edge, efficient architectural design as well as modern construction and technological solutions. All buildings in the project are in Scandinavian style and have clean forms, with a focus on functionality and quality of materials and technologies (see Fig.175).
The Class A energy efficient office building also features solar batteries on the roofs, generating 10 percent of power by solar cells, 14 electric vehicle charging stations, and water recycling technology, when rainwater is being used in sanitary units.
The third stage of the project had a development area of 29,500 sq. m. Of this area, 14,500 sq. m are allocated to office facilities and the other 15,000 sq. m to a three-level underground parking garage. Mitnija completed the building in December 2019, four weeks before the agreed deadline.
