The “maturity scan” is a tool that provides a general overview of the level of skills of all stakeholders involved in a project, in terms of BIM, but also nZEB, airtightness and ventilation. This tool will be used by the training centres and site trainers:

• to assess the initial level of skills of all stakeholders,
• to identify the group(s) of stakeholders that needs to be upskilled,
• and possibly, to display the final level of skills acquired after the training sessions.
