Description

This project is a public Marshal Office in Szczecin, which will be built by Mostostal. There are BIM requirements on this project. The scope of work includes the renovation of an existing building (total surface 9 tys. m²) and the construction of a new passive building (total surface 14 tys. m²). Through the use of a number of innovative solutions, the facility will demonstrate extremely low energy demand, confirmed by BREEAM certification.
