Description

The new hotel built on Maironio Street, Kaunas, and replaced the former Sostinė shopping center. The six-story 5,800 sq. m building has 175 guest rooms. It’s one of the largest hotels in Kaunas and the first Moxy brand hotel in the Baltic countries. Mitnija completed Moxy Kaunas in April 2020.

Trainings

5 (1-1.5 hours) WEB (Skype and Zoom) BIMplement master trainer meetings with BIM coordinator Using WEB CDE environment BIMSync.com were organised for BIM planning with set up of project BIM execution plan (BEP), including nZEB related BIM use cases, information Classification using ISO81346, model functional and technical systems also elements structure development (including Ventilation systems and Airtightness topics). Project BIM coordinator then have organized all design team trainings.
Project quality evaluation and preparation for documentation development trainings were organized at Client office 2020-07-14.
