Description

The “Catalogue of constructive elements” is an official tool recognized by the Valencian Regional Government (Generalitat Valenciana) and widely used by professionals in the sector. It consists of a wide range of constructive solutions that comply with current regulations and that contain information on their thermal, acoustic, waterproof, fire protection performance, among others.

In the framework of the BIMplement project, the Valencia Institute of Building (IVE) has created a new version of the Catalogue, transforming it into an online application that can be used from any device with an internet connection (mobile phones, tablets, computers, etc.). In this way, users can connect to projects stored in the “cloud” in real-time, both from offices and on-site. In addition, the constructive solutions of the Catalogue can be exported in IFC format to any BIM modeling program. A specific plugin has also been developed to maximize its compatibility with Revit.
