Pilots

BIMplement project developed a BIM based training on topics such as ventilation and airtightness that highly affect the energy efficiency of nZEB. The trainings targete the white- and blue-collar workers of 49 real pilots leading to upskilling them and thus, improving the overall quality of the construction process. The pilots were located in the Netherlands, Poland, Lithuania, Spain and France and were classified as: pilot field labs and experimental sites.

The Pilot Field Labs were national or regional BIM-learning Centres or building sites where the trainings of ‘BIM workplace trainers’ and the first tests of the tools and learning methods of BIMplement took place. The experimental sites were construction or renovation building sites where the tools and learning methods experimented in the ‘pilot field labs’ were implemented.
