Description

Office building located on Paseo de la Alameda 37 in Valencia (Spain). Built on the same site with an existing office building of the same owner with which it must harmonize aesthetically.
The flexibility in the interior distribution of spaces and the energy efficiency of the building has been prioritized to optimize thermal and light comfort with the lowest consumption of non-renewable energy.
The building has more than 120 work units, meeting rooms, multipurpose rooms, toilets, a small dining room, a warehouse, an archive and underground parking.
