Description: The project consists in the construction of a school group, for the Haubourdin municipality. The building area is 2700 m². It includes a kindergarten, a primary school and a canteen. The project aims at reaching the “Passivhaus” level, which is significantly better than the RT 2012. In order to obtain this label, airtightness tests are planned, both for building and for ventilation networks.
