Description
Renovation of 2 residential buildings including : repair of common, insulation andwaterproofing of roofs, exterior insulation of facades, replacement of balcony railings andlanding doors, rehabilitation of ventilation hygro-adjustable low pressure, installation ofparabolic brackets roof.
Training
Training sessions included 2 topics :
– use of BIM model for a better project visualisation and understanding of weak points u=issues
– improvement of airtightness quality during the project implementation
25 employees (11 companies) participated in the sessions
Main results
On this project, training sessions had been made compulsory by client. And in the end, building companies were quite satisfied to have taken the courses.
